Video Update (No. 2)

My second video update concerns the greenhouse — my major new project for the year.

Strictly speaking, of course, it’s not part of the allotment anymore as it was  transported to my garden after it blew over. This meant I had, in effect, to build it twice at a time when I should have been concentrating on getting plants in the ground.

However, even in my own garden, panes have blown out due to recent winds. I have resorted to placing large pieces of wood on the roof to stop the polycarbonate panels flexing and popping from their fixings. It works, but isn’t ideal. The long-term plan is to eventually replace it with a proper wooden greenhouse that can withstand those winds blasting off the Tay.
